Our services

StateWisePro provides company incorporation, accounting, tax filing and corporate secretary services in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong. Each engagement is confirmed in writing with the scope, price and jurisdiction before work begins.

Fees and government charges

Prices on this website are in US dollars and cover our professional fees. Government filing fees, registered agent or address fees where not included, bank charges and taxes are charged separately at cost and vary by jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information and documents, respond to requests from us or from registries and banks in good time, and tell us promptly about changes to directors, shareholders or business activities. We rely on what you give us and are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Timelines

Incorporation and bank account timelines depend on the registry, the bank and your document readiness. Any timeline we quote is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Refunds

Professional fees are refundable in full if we have not yet started work on your engagement. Once documents have been prepared or filed, fees are non-refundable. Government fees already paid on your behalf cannot be refunded.

Liability
