Who we are
StateWisePro ("we", "us") provides online company incorporation, accounting and corporate secretary services for businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore and Hong Kong. You can reach us at hello@statewisepro.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit through our contact form: name, email address, service of interest and your message.
- Identity and address documents required by company registries and banks when you engage us to incorporate a company: passport or national ID copies, proof of residential address, and details of directors and shareholders.
- Financial records you share with us for bookkeeping, tax filing and financial statements.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected by our hosting provider in standard server logs.
Why we collect it
We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you have engaged us for, meet know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to incorporation and accounting providers, and file documents with government registries, tax authorities and banks on your behalf.
Who we share it with
We share your data only where necessary to deliver the service: company registries and tax authorities in the relevant jurisdiction, partner banks when you ask us to help open an account, and the software and hosting providers we use to run our business. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep identity and financial records for as long as required by the laws of the jurisdiction your company is registered in, which is typically five to seven years after the end of the engagement. Contact-form enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us at hello@statewisepro.com and we will respond within 30 days.
